Claude

In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, paste the URL and continue. Works in Claude on the web, desktop and mobile.

ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors → Create, paste the URL as the MCP server URL with OAuth authentication, then enable it in a chat.

Approve

Your browser opens TallyLoop AI. Sign in if you are not already, read what the assistant may do, and allow it. The assistant sees only the workspace you approved.

Revoke

Every connection is listed under Settings → Connections with when it was authorised and last used. Revoke it there and the next call fails.

What it can do

The same operations the app offers, exposed as tools. Reads are free. Creating drafts and running analyses are Tallyloop Premium, exactly as they are in the app.

Inside TallyLoop AI, the Insights screen has Claude read your margins, aging and subscription mix and return specific moves on pricing, upsell, churn risk and collections, each linked to the customers it refers to. On the web and in the iOS app.

Your numbers, not a template

Every recommendation is computed from the workspace's real invoices and assignments, and names the records behind it.

Data stays yours

Nothing is used to train a model. Connections are revocable, tokens expire, and every call is scoped to one workspace.

Instructions are not data

Customer notes and descriptions are handed to the assistant as quoted content, so a line on an invoice can never steer it.
