Terms of use

The licence

The Tallyloop app for iPhone and iPad is licensed, not sold, to you. That licence is Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement, which applies in full and is available here: Apple Standard EULA.

Use of the web application at this domain is offered on the same terms, so far as they can apply outside the App Store.

Tallyloop Premium

Most of Tallyloop is free: the catalogue, customers, service assignments, individual invoices and PDF export carry no charge and no time limit. Two features are paid.

  • Billing runs — generating every invoice for a period in one action. Previewing a period stays free.
  • AI analysis — recommendations drawn from your margins, aging and subscription mix. Reading an analysis you have already generated stays free.

Subscription terms

  • What it is. Tallyloop Premium, an auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly or yearly.
  • Length. One month or one year, matching the option chosen.
  • Price. Shown on the purchase screen in your own currency before you confirm. Prices come from the App Store and can differ by territory.
  • Free trial. New subscribers get one week free. If you buy before the trial ends, the unused remainder is forfeited.
  • Renewal. It renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.
  • Managing and cancelling. In your Apple Account settings, under Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the subscription keeps working until the paid period runs out. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
  • Where it applies. A subscription belongs to the workspace, not to a device. Buying it on your iPhone unlocks the same features in the web application for the same workspace.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple rather than from us, at reportaproblem.apple.com. A refunded subscription stops entitling the workspace as soon as Apple reports it.

Your data

What is collected and why is set out in the privacy notice. The business data you enter remains yours. Where it describes your own customers, you are the controller for it and we process it on your behalf.

Acceptable use

Do not use Tallyloop to issue invoices you have no right to issue, to store data you have no right to store, or to attempt to reach another workspace’s data. Accounts doing any of these may be suspended.

No warranty for your accounting

Tallyloop helps you produce invoices and reads your numbers back to you. It is not an accountant, a tax adviser or a system of record for statutory purposes, and the AI analysis is advisory only. Check figures before you rely on them, and keep the records your jurisdiction requires you to keep.
